Registration fee:
- Regular (early bird): 45 000 HUF (approx. 130 EUR)
- Regular: 50 000 HUF (approx. 145 EUR)
- Student (early bird): 20 000 HUF (approx. 60 EUR)
- Student: 25 000 HUF (approx. 75 EUR)
- Single-day registration for the final day (presented in Hungarian):
10 000 HUF (please note that in the case of the one-day pass the social event is not included and may require a separate fee)
The EUR prices are estimates, calculated using an exchange rate of
350 HUF/EUR. The current daily exchange rate can be checked here. Please note that payments are received into a HUF account regardless of the currency in which the transfer is initiated.
The regual and student registration fee includes:
- Participation in the 3-day scientific program
- Beverages and snacks during the coffee breaks
- Participation in the social event on the first day of the workshop
The single-day registration fee includes:
- Participation in the final day scientific program
- Beverages and snacks during the coffee breaks on the final day
- Please note that in the single-day fee the social event is not included. It can be payed on site.

Invoice of registration fee:
In Hungary, all institutions are obliged to send an invoice for each payment received. Therefore, the registration form includes questions to be filled out asking for invoice name, address, VAT number, and e-mail address (where the invoice can be e-mailed to).
